Description
The City of Maryville is soliciting bids for decorative light fixtures to provide uniform lighting aesthetics throughout the city. The solicitation specifies 24 Post Top units, model PTUE3-P20-40K-MVOLT-GL3-BK-BL-PR7-NL1X1, and 32 GranVille units, model GVD3-P30-30K-MVOLT-MS-GL3-BK-PR7-L03. Alternates will not be considered, although comparable products may be accepted if the bidder provides sufficient proof of comparability. Bidders must submit unit and extended pricing, a definite delivery lead time, and a factory detailed sheet listing the specifications of the items offered. The initial award is intended to cover one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement.
