Description
The Clarkstown Central School District is soliciting bids for the supply of deli meats for the 2026-2027 school year. Bidders must provide detailed product information, including brand, case pack size, individual pack size, weight, pricing, and nutritional information for each item. Nutritional analysis sheets and ingredient lists are required for all bid items. All deli meats must comply with or exceed state, local, and federal standards, including the Sanitary Code of New York, and the Food and Drug Administration requirements. Deliveries are expected weekly to various school locations between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, with specific delivery schedules to be arranged. Pricing must remain firm for sixty (60) days from the award date, with provisions for price adjustments thereafter, supported by documentation of cost increases. Samples of each item are required prior to the bid submission deadline.
