The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia, is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilet rental and maintenance services. This is a competitive solicitation set aside for Total Small Businesses, with an anticipated firm-fixed-price award. The services include the rental and servicing of 19 portable toilets, portable toilet relocations, pump-out services for two FLETC-owned mobile restrooms, and surge activity support.
