Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for portable toilets and hand-washing stations to support the Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California. The Naval Expeditionary Medicine Warfighter Development Center provides expeditionary medical training in an operational environment and requires these facilities to support non-permanent personnel. The contractor shall provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via a Requirements-type contract. Services will include delivery, pick-up, restocking of consumables, and cleaning twice per week for all issued equipment. Some services may be required in rough, off-road locations, necessitating contractor-owned all-terrain vehicles for access. Work may be performed in range areas, field training areas, and populated areas. Delivery and placement will be detailed in individual task orders. The contractor is responsible for thorough cleaning and sanitizing, removal of all waste, and refilling soap dispensers. Waste must be transported to an approved disposal site, and no waste discharge is permitted on any Federal installation. The contractor must have a method to locate all deployed units. Pick-up and delivery due to equipment failure will be at no additional cost to the Government. The period of performance shall be for twelve (12) consecutive months, commencing upon the date of contract award or order receipt.
