Description
Tooele County is soliciting a fixed-price contractor to construct three natural-surface singletrack trail segments near Tooele, Utah: Jaguar Trail, the Skyline Drive to Cassity Lane Connector, and the Middle Canyon Parking Connector. The approximate combined length is 12,154 feet, with 48-inch native-soil tread, segment-specific grades and outslopes, and construction limited to County-approved corridors and endpoints. The scope includes labor, supervision, equipment, materials, mobilization, access and staging coordination, clearing, tread excavation and compaction, drainage, trail features, rock work, erosion control, public safety coordination, environmental protection, restoration, punch-list correction, closeout documentation, and warranty-period corrections. Proposals must include a technical approach, project team, schedule, site-access and safety plans, material-import assumptions, exceptions, and a separate Attachment C price proposal with lump-sum prices for each segment, a total project price, and requested unit prices. At least three years of recent natural-surface recreational trail experience and three comparable completed projects with verifiable references are required.
