Description
The County of Orange Sheriff-Coroner is soliciting bids for as-needed inspection, testing, scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair of standby emergency power-generating equipment at 33 facilities. The contractor must service equipment from multiple manufacturers, provide labor, tools, supplies, parts, transportation, PPE, reporting, and related software or firmware maintenance, and maintain generators in operational condition and compliance with applicable laws and manufacturer requirements. Emergency response must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a response within one hour and a qualified technician on site within four hours of initial emergency contact. The scope also includes work-order reporting, qualified and background-cleared personnel, applicable California licensing, and the ability to perform work at secured correctional facilities subject to tool-control and access-screening requirements.
