Description
Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation is soliciting bids for a variety of fresh bakery products for Jake's 58 Casino Hotel. The attached pricing form lists croissants, Danish pastries, loaf cakes, yogurt loaves, muffins, brownies, and related products, with specified sizes, flavors, freshness requirements, and estimated usage volumes. Bidders must provide pricing for every listed item; incomplete pricing forms may be rejected. The contract term is six months, with the option to renew for three additional six-month periods by mutual written consent. Prices must include packaging, freight, delivery, transportation, insurance in transit, and all other costs of performance. The successful bidder must deliver the awarded products and provide packing lists identifying quantities by item type, item number, and carton. Insurance is required, with the buyer named as an additional insured, and the bid package includes bidder information, Iran Divestment Act, non-collusive bidding, prior non-responsibility disclosure, and compliance checklist forms.
