Description
The contractor will provide PM-10-compliant street sweeping three times per week, removing litter, leaves, dirt, and sand from curbs, gutters, and road surfaces. Regular service covers approximately 800 feet of Pier Avenue, with sweeping scheduled between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. The contractor must also provide up to 72 additional service days upon request, generally within 72 hours, at specified nearby areas or other locations designated by the State representative. The contractor is responsible for debris disposal at a properly licensed site and must provide monthly disposal slips with invoices. Equipment must meet PM-10 standards, be properly registered and insured, and be operated by personnel holding the required California driver's license. The bid package includes a cost breakdown form and multiple required or conditional bid forms and certifications.
