Description
The City seeks a contractor to provide labor, supervision, equipment, tools, minor materials, temporary protection, and related support for on-call maintenance and minor repairs to existing fences, gates, backstops, pedestrian barriers, and associated hardware. Work may include adjustments, re-securing, minor component replacement, temporary bracing, touch-up painting, limited post or panel repairs, removal and disposal of damaged components, and cleanup. Work will be authorized through task orders; no minimum quantity of work is guaranteed. Major repairs, new installations, reconstruction, capital improvements, and larger planned replacement work are outside this contract's scope. Bidders must hold a Class B or C-13 contractor's license and provide the required DIR registration information and license copies with the bid. A C-31 traffic-control contractor or subcontractor is required when authorized work involves lane closures, flagging, or traffic diversions. The contract has a one-year base term and up to four one-year options. Required bid materials include the listed City forms, pricing schedule, three client references for work performed within the past five years, and applicable license or certification copies. Insurance documentation is a post-award requirement.
