Description
The City of Philadelphia Free Library is soliciting catering services for training and development events. The estimated volume is one to two two-day sessions per month, or approximately two to four service days per month, although no minimum quantity is guaranteed. Required offerings include continental breakfast for at least 15 people, up to twice weekly on weekdays, with coffee and tea, bagels, muffins, Danishes, and whole apples and oranges. The vendor must also provide disposable service items, delivery, and setup, and must supply assorted bottled juices, individual-size chips, assorted cookie trays containing at least 30 cookies, and cases of bottled water as separately ordered items. Food quantities are based on 1.5 servings per person and beverages on two drinks per person unless otherwise specified. Food must be prepared in a licensed commercial facility; home preparation is prohibited. The award will be made as a whole to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and electronic quotes are permitted.
