Description
The City of Tucson is establishing a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for the ongoing purchase of new vehicles. This solicitation is open and continuous through February 23, 2027, with proposals reviewed approximately every 90 days. The City requires vendors capable of supplying a wide range of vehicles, including automobiles, pickup trucks, cab and chassis, vans, SUVs, police pursuit-rated vehicles, and special service vehicles. Various fuel types such as gasoline, hybrid, and electric are also specified. Proposals must achieve a minimum score of 70 out of 100 to be considered for placement on the QVL. No awards will be made after August 23, 2027.
