Description
Smith County Emergency Services District 2 seeks a contractor for site and dirt work, concrete pads, driveways, and parking areas at its Dixie and Winona fire station sites. The work includes preparing foundations and tie-down anchor points for modular homes and concrete pads for temporary apparatus bays. The modular homes and apparatus bays themselves are excluded and will be procured separately. Proposers may bid on either site or both and may offer a discount for a combined award. The package includes site plans, geotechnical reports, and modular-home foundation specifications. The electronic vendor questionnaire requests three references, a Certificate of Insurance, a W-9, and a proposal upload; pricing is submitted separately through the portal.
