Description
Pine Tree Independent School District seeks E-rate-eligible Category 1 dedicated internet access with transport, offering at least 5 Gbps download and upload and bandwidth options up to 10 Gbps. The service must provide dedicated bandwidth with a committed information rate, no usage caps or usage-based speed reductions, 60 static IP addresses, and termination at the applicant-designated MDF. The provider is responsible for site delivery, construction, permitting, pathways, and right-of-way costs. Proposals must include all recurring, non-recurring, and special construction costs and a completed pricing attachment in Excel-compatible .xlsx format without altering its structure; a PDF copy may also be provided for reference. The applicant requests either a 12-month term with four optional 12-month extensions or a 36-month term with two optional 12-month extensions. Service is needed effective July 1, 2027. Vendors must support discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoicing method and comply with E-rate requirements, including Lowest Corresponding Price rules.
