Description
The Orange County Sanitation District is conducting an outreach request for interest for an upcoming construction solicitation to rehabilitate existing digester gas compressor facilities at OC SAN Plants 1 and 2 in Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach, California. The work will include seismic upgrades to the compressor buildings, rehabilitation of electrical and instrumentation-and-control systems, auxiliary equipment rehabilitation, and replacement of existing flares with low-pressure ultra-low-emission flares. Responses are intended to identify interested construction contractors and subcontractors and to obtain comments regarding the anticipated project and experience requirements. This is an outreach request rather than the final construction bid solicitation.
