Description
Harris County is requesting statements of qualifications from firms to provide supplemental professional environmental services for various projects managed by the Office of the County Engineer. The solicitation requires a qualifications-based submission, including a transmittal letter, questionnaire, exceptions and miscellaneous information, Qualifications Acknowledgement, Tax Residence Certification, Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties, proof of insurance, Standard Form 330, Harris County Minimum Wage Policy and Certification, and project references. The questionnaire must be completed using the buyer-provided Response Template. Supporting materials include specifications, special requirements, a sample professional services agreement, contractor and worksite safety policies, minimum insurance requirements, and minimum wage materials. Responses must be submitted through the electronic bidding portal, and vendors must register for an account to download documents and prepare a submission.
