Description
The United States Space Force is seeking a contractor to provide approximately 4,500 linear feet of hard fence-panel barricades, approximately 4 feet by 10 feet, for the T-Minus 10-Miler course and finish line area. The barricades must restrict access and prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering the race course. The contractor must provide all labor, personnel, tools, vehicles, equipment, and other items required for performance. The scope includes delivery, setup, inspection readiness, and teardown. Setup occurs on the Friday before the event, with delivery beginning no later than 10:00 a.m.; teardown begins after the race starts and must be completed by the specified course-removal and finish-line deadlines. Proposed fencing must be clean, professional in appearance, in gray, silver, or white, and in good working condition. The contractor must also submit an execution plan addressing ownership or subcontracting arrangements for required equipment and services. The requirement includes a base year and four potential one-year option periods.
