Description
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is procuring professional services for the Pensacola Bay Unpaved Roads Project under Solicitation No. 2027002. The scope includes design and permitting for road crossings, major environmental permits including Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 or Section 10 permits and Florida Environmental Resource Permits, project management, quality assurance and quality control, subconsultant coordination, progress reporting, financial tracking, and invoicing. This addendum announces the firms selected to participate in the competitive-selection oral-discussion phase. Selected firms must present through Microsoft Teams, led by the proposed project manager, addressing qualifications, project approach, geographic experience in Northwest Florida, permitting experience, dedicated personnel, and project-management processes. Presentations are limited to five firm participants and 50 minutes; written presentation materials, including a redacted copy if confidential material is included, must be emailed to the Procurement Officer.
