Description
The Army is seeking information from industry about capabilities to provide a cloud-based telecommunications management system-as-a-service across the continental United States. The system would support management of telecommunications infrastructure and assets, including telephone numbers, circuits, switches, cable plant, devices, inventory, configurations, maintenance, service requests, work orders, trouble tickets, reporting, and billing. It must support mixed legacy and modern voice environments, including TDM/PBX, VoIP, and soft clients, and provide a unified management framework for users across installation, regional, and enterprise levels. The draft performance work statement also describes implementation and migration support, site assessments and data conversion, training, 24/7 customer support, remote support, and ongoing software and database maintenance. The notice is for market research only and requests a capability statement of no more than five pages, including company profile, technical capabilities and staff qualifications, and up to three similar projects performed within the past three years.
