Description
The City of Gainesville is soliciting proposals for Third Party Claims Adjusting Services (TPA) for Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability. The selected proposer will be responsible for administrative services, claims services, and potentially loss statistic services. Services must be performed with industry-standard skill and care. The contract will be a "piggyback" contract, leveraging an existing agreement between CorVel Enterprise Claims, Inc. and the City of West Palm Beach. The term of this piggyback contract will begin on the last signature date and expire on June 24, 2026. Payments will be made according to the Local Government Prompt Payment Act, with net forty-five (45) day terms.
