Description
Williamson County is seeking a Benefits Broker Consultant to provide comprehensive consulting services to the Benefits Department, Benefits Committee, and Commissioners Court. The selected consultant will offer leadership guidance, assist with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for all benefit vendors, and provide support in areas such as benefits program design, financial plan performance and reporting, regulatory compliance, vendor performance and reporting, claims audits, open enrollment support, and benefits communications development.
