Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, through its Facility Management Office, is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for brand-new OEM RIDGID drain inspection and maintenance equipment and spare parts. The specified items are two SeeSnake pipe inspection monitors (models 69038 and 64968), a 131-foot SeeSnake underground inspection camera system (part 63818), a 325-foot SeeSnake camera reel for 2- to 12-inch pipes (part 63583), a corded water jetter for 1 1/4- to 4-inch pipes (part 62597), and a gas-powered water jetter for 2- to 10-inch pipes (part 37413), one each. No substitutions are accepted, and all items must match the specified OEM brand, models, and part numbers. The equipment must support the existing drainage system and related inspection, recording, data-export, and field-maintenance requirements. Delivery is required by September 30, 2026. Local Mexican offerors deliver to the embassy in Mexico City; U.S. and international suppliers must consolidate shipment to the U.S. Logistics Center in Brownsville, Texas. Quotations must include the required SF-18, pricing table, representations and certifications, manufacturer technical and safety documentation, applicable vendor/payment registration forms, and SAM registration. All proposal documents must be in English.
