Description
The City of Bryan is soliciting bids for a price agreement to supply estimated quantities of water and wastewater repair materials for its water warehouse. Requested commodities include PVC and copper pipe, ductile-iron and PVC fittings, valves, couplings, saddles, fire hydrants and fittings, manholes and vaults, water-meter fittings, flexible couplings, and miscellaneous piping supplies. The bid may be awarded by line item, and bidders must provide unit pricing, delivery time, and all applicable shipping and handling costs. Bidders must use the provided Excel bid spreadsheet, complete all applicable blanks, and submit the signed bid certification. Addendum 1 revised certain specifications and must be acknowledged and included with the response. Materials must meet the stated ASTM, AWWA, ANSI, and related standards; specified manufacturer or equivalent requirements apply to certain items, while some revised specifications identify particular manufacturers or prohibit substitutions. Delivery is to the City's warehouse, and prices must remain firm for 40 days after bid opening.
