Description
The City of American Canyon is soliciting applications from licensed contractors to be included on their Qualified Bidders List for public works projects for the 2026 calendar year. This list is maintained under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), which allows for informal bidding procedures for projects costing up to $220,000. Contractors interested in being added to the list must submit their business name and address, email address, phone number, types of work they are licensed to perform, contractor license classification and number, and their DIR Number. Submissions can be made electronically via the OpenGov portal, or by email to rhendryx@americancanyon.gov or acorey@americancanyon.gov. While there was an initial deadline of January 7th, contractors can be added to the list at any time by submitting the required information. All contractors must submit a form annually to maintain their standing on the list.
