Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 196 each of transparent vehicular armor, NSN 2541-01-670-6560, manufactured in accordance with basic drawing 19207 12600534. The requirement is a 100% small-business set-aside for a military-use, noncommercial item. Delivery is required within 90 days if the First Article Test requirement is waived, or within 300 days if the FAT requirement applies; FOB and inspection/acceptance are at origin. Offers will be evaluated using best-value procedures based on price, past performance, and delivery. Technical drawings and bid sets will be available through the DIBBS cFolders Technical Data tab after the solicitation issue date. Proposals may be uploaded through DIBBS or emailed, with emails limited to 15 MB each.
