Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking an authorized distributor to repair 20 electrical drawers, including NV822052 models repaired to NV822052-3 and NV1015259 models repaired to NV1015259-2. The repaired items must meet the applicable operational and functional requirements, be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129, and comply with mercury-free requirements for submarine and surface-ship use. Contractors must submit either firm-fixed-price or time-and-materials-and-equipment pricing, along with estimated repair costs. Repair work must follow the contractor's approved repair and overhaul practices, and the contractor is responsible for inspection and testing in accordance with the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered; proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible company official, must accompany the offer.
