Description
The State Properties Commission (SPC), on behalf of the Department of Community Supervision, is seeking proposals for a potential lease of approximately 4,131 square feet of administrative office and support space. The SPC, as tenant, intends to enter into a multi-year lease with the successful proposer, as landlord. The space will be used for administrative office and support functions.
