Description
The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support intends to solicit two butterfly valves identified by NSN 5895-01-597-5757 and part number 396308-4-2. The acquisition is planned on a sole-source basis because the Government does not possess sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with another source. The items require Government Source Approval before award. Vendors that are not already approved sources must submit, with their proposal, all information required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure. Offers lacking the required source-approval data will not be considered. The acquisition is subject to applicable Free Trade Agreement and World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement provisions.
