Description
The University of Tennessee is conducting a Request for Qualifications for Basler Boathouse River Dredging, Subproject 2—Dock, through its Best Value Option One construction procurement process. The pre-proposal conference agenda states that the procurement concerns the scope of services and contract requirements for the river-dredging and dock subproject. Proposers must submit a single searchable PDF Technical Proposal through the designated Microsoft Teams portal. The file may not exceed 20 MB, must use the naming format “<Proposer Name> BV1 <UT Number>,” and may not exceed 25 pages excluding covers. Pages must be numbered, and hyperlinks and QR codes are prohibited. Comments and questions are due October 2, 2026, and proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 15, 2026.
