Description
The City of Little Canada Economic Development Authority is seeking qualified development partners to purchase and redevelop a 4.9-acre city-owned site at 2828 Condit Street. The envisioned project is an active commercial or service-oriented development that integrates with the natural landscape, connects to the adjacent Waterworks Trail and other multimodal facilities, and provides appropriate buffering and screening for the neighboring residential community. Proposals should align with the outcomes and conceptual frameworks in the 2828 Condit Street Vision Plan. Proposals are due by November 6, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. Developers are encouraged to notify the City by September 22, 2026, to receive project updates or clarifications. The complete solicitation package includes the RFP, Vision Plan, and City fee schedule.
