Description
The City of Litchfield, Illinois, invites sealed bids for demolition of five dwelling structures and restoration of the grounds at 414 South Walnut Street, 909 South Walnut Street, 1425 North Madison, 410 North Jackson Street, and 314 East Ryder Street. Contractors must comply with Illinois prevailing-wage requirements under the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Bidding documents are available from the City of Litchfield Building and Zoning Department. Printed sets cost $10.00 each and electronic versions are available at no charge upon request. No separate bid forms or other submission documents are identified in the complete solicitation package.
