Description
Fresno County seeks qualified consulting firms to provide on-call solid waste engineering services for various public works projects. Potential work includes structural, geological, hydrogeological, geotechnical, and surveying services; landfill module and cover design; landfill gas collection and control systems; environmental remediation; monitoring programs; engineering feasibility studies; corrective action programs; regulatory documents and permits; reports and studies; tipping-fee studies; and construction-phase support. Services will be assigned through project-specific task orders, and the County may approve subconsultants. The maximum agreement term is five years from execution by the County, and the aggregate maximum for all agreements awarded is $6.5 million; no minimum work or fees are guaranteed. Statements of Qualifications are submitted through Bid Express. Shortlisted firms may later be invited to interview and asked to provide a separate, password-protected fee proposal.
