Description
Canada Lands Company CLC Limited, on behalf of Build Canada Homes, seeks a mechanical and electrical engineering firm for a housing development. The scope includes engineering design and coordination through due diligence, concept and site planning, design development, permitting, tender documentation, and construction administration. The requested work also includes project management, interdisciplinary coordination, BIM coordination and clash detection, quality assurance and quality control, specifications, tender addenda, responses to construction inquiries, submittal reviews, site reports, and change tracking. Proposals must include technical responses addressing the project approach, work plan and schedule, comparable projects, corporate capabilities, greenhouse gas emissions targets and tracking, and key personnel. Pricing must include weighted hourly rates, a fixed fee for Statement of Work-1, and an anticipated disbursements breakdown. The estimated contract period is 84 months.
