Description
Clovis Unified School District is soliciting a multiple-prime construction bid for Bid No. 3091, covering the SOS-05 package for metal roof panels, wall panels, sheet metal flashing, and trim for a new approximately 11,640-square-foot gymnasium with related site work. The contractor must hold a valid California C-39 or C-43 license, comply with prevailing-wage requirements, register with the California Department of Industrial Relations, and meet applicable DVBE good-faith-effort requirements. The project has a 365-calendar-day completion period beginning upon the Owner's Notice to Proceed. Bids must include the required bid documents and a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check equal to at least 10% of the base bid. The successful bidder must provide 100% payment and 100% faithful-performance bonds, as well as proof of general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile insurance. The project is subject to prequalification requirements for specified contractor classifications.
