Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to identify businesses capable of providing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Beechcraft King Air 250 non-type rated initial and recurrent pilot qualification training with Pro Line Fusion. This training is intended for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors and aircraft certification personnel employed by the FAA. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement detailing the type of training provided, previous contract experience, their SAM UEI number, years in business, the geographic area where training will be provided, and their expected approach. The primary NAICS code for this effort is 611512 (Flight Training) with a size standard of $34 million. Responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a solicitation for proposals. The FAA will not pay for any costs associated with submitting a response. At this time, the FAA has not determined the nature of the competition and may consider setting aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or 8(a) certified firms. Firms that are SBA 8(a) certified are required to submit a copy of their certification letter. All responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. CT on July 13, 2026, and submitted via email to Shelley.A.Howard@faa.gov.
