Description
The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the preventive and remedial maintenance of a Butler High Speed Tip Grinder. This is a sole source acquisition. The services required include two preventive maintenance (PM) services per year and remedial maintenance (RM) as needed. PM services will involve electrical/electronic systems inspection, mechanical systems inspection, calibration, battery changes, and UPS voltage checks, all performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Remedial maintenance will address any breakdowns or stoppages to restore the equipment to its designed function, requiring contractor submission of a work request for approval before proceeding. The contract will have a base year with four option years. All work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and items shipped will be FOB Destination. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application.
