Description
The Enoch Pratt Free Library/State Library Resource Center is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide library books and related services, including cataloging and processing, on an as-needed basis for a 4-year contract. The library requires a wide range of print materials (adult, young adult, and children's books in various formats) and media (CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray, LPs, video games). The vendor must be capable of providing full value-added cataloging and processing services, including 9XX/EDI ordering, MARC record creation, spine labels, and drop-shipping to branch locations. The contract will be awarded based on alignment with user needs, pricing, and resource coverage.
