The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) intends to award a sole source contract to RELX Inc. for an annual subscription to the Lexis/Overdrive digital library collection. This subscription provides essential electronic and print publications for legal research, specifically including Mathew Bender Treatises. The period of performance is one year, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with four anticipated one-year option periods.
