Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is soliciting responses for a statewide contract for the purchase of snow removal equipment. This contract will be available for use by state agencies and their affiliates on an as-needed basis. The solicitation requires bidders to provide detailed information on their proposed snow removal equipment, including specifications for snowplows, snow blowers, salt/sand spreaders, brine sprayers, and brine makers. Bidders must demonstrate the durability, performance, and safety features of their equipment, as well as their capabilities for service, maintenance, parts support, delivery, and lifecycle support. Pricing must be submitted using the provided template, including any volume discounts and pre-paid shipping costs. The contract will be awarded based on a best-value criterion, considering the executive summary, technical response, and pricing.
