Description
St. Cloud State University seeks one or more suppliers to provide equipment for its men's and women's Division I ice hockey programs, serving an estimated 40 players, coaches, and assistants. Requested products include helmets, protective gear, skates, sticks, goalie equipment, apparel, jerseys, socks, and travel bags; some items may be stock or custom. Proposals should describe product brands and pricing, shipping, sourcing, order turnaround, discounts, replacement and warranty processes, and any proposed sponsorship, donations, marketing partnerships, or in-kind support. Responders must also explain their customer service, delivery, fitting and sizing, customization, rush-order, and account-management capabilities. Equipment must be durable, consistently high quality, and compliant with NCAA guidelines; vendors must support purchase orders and purchase-card transactions and comply with PCI DSS. Proposals are evaluated on response organization and forms, equipment, services, and cost. The contract is expected to run for five years, beginning June 30, 2027, or when the final required signature is obtained, whichever is later.
