Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a contractor to construct a permanent range fence, including approximately 99,700 feet of 4-wire fence using steel T-posts and steel pipe structures. The project includes barbed top and middle wires, a smooth bottom wire, 16 barbed-wire gates, 34 three-post steel pipe end panels, 46 five-post steel pipe corner panels, and 64 steel pipe stress panels. Work must comply with the government-furnished specifications and technical drawings, and Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations apply. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation for a single firm-fixed-price award. Amendment 0001 provides a site-visit roster and requires offerors to acknowledge receipt of the amendment by completing the specified solicitation items and returning the acknowledgment, acknowledging it on each submitted offer copy, or sending a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
