Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to pressure wash and clean the loading ramp, remove loose concrete, repair cracked or spalled concrete damaged by frost heave, remove approximately 80 linear feet of existing railing, and furnish and install approximately 80 linear feet of new railing with posts, sleeves, mounting hardware, and exterior-grade paint. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, debris disposal, safety controls, and temporary site protections, and must comply with applicable building, occupational-safety, environmental, and Department of Defense requirements. This is a 100% small-business set-aside for a single firm-fixed-price contract using lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation. The offer must include pricing for each CLIN, a signed Standard Form 1442, the completed Construction Cost Breakdown Form in Microsoft Excel with functioning formulas, proof of required insurance, applicable representations and certifications, and a technically acceptable approach. The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days after award and complete the work within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A site visit is optional but highly encouraged, and the solicitation requires a proposed work schedule, detailed cost narrative, and compliance with the attached Specifications of Work. Amendment 0002 removes DFARS clause 252.226-7002; all other terms remain unchanged.
