Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two malaria detection test kits under NSN 6550-01-551-5327, with one kit required for each of two purchase requests. Each kit must contain a malaria sporozoite antigen panel assay in a sturdy white plastic box, including a canister tube with 20 assays, grinding solution, 20 grinding tubes, two pestles, a cardboard tube stand, and product instructions. The kits must have a 24-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than three months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Commercial packaging, medical marking, destination inspection and acceptance, and specified labeling and packaging requirements apply. Delivery is required within 20 days after award to military destinations in North Carolina and Poland. Alternate products require complete technical data for evaluation.
