Description
The selected consultant will complete a Phase I archaeological survey for the Eagle Creek Sewer Project in accordance with current Pennsylvania State Historic Preservation Office (PA SHPO) guidelines and professional standards. Work includes background research and records review, coordination with Centre County, SEDA-Council of Governments, and PA SHPO, development of a field investigation strategy, fieldwork in the specified portions of the project area, and responses to reasonable requests for supplemental information. The consultant must prepare a complete Phase I survey report with supporting field documentation, maps, photographs, findings, conclusions, and recommendations suitable for PA SHPO review and upload to PA-SHARE. The quotation must include the provided Standard Archaeological Estimate, a proposed field methodology, personnel, schedule, and level of effort. It must also include at least two similar project references from the past three years, limits of professional liability insurance coverage, and the applicable MBE/WBE solicitation and commitment information. Professional liability insurance is required.
