Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology is soliciting proposals for one new cab-over truck with an 18-foot dry freight body and lift gate for use by its surplus operation. The truck must be a current production model and meet detailed requirements for the chassis, cab, dry freight body, interior, and lift gate, including a 25,000-to-26,000-pound GVWR, diesel engine, automatic transmission, air brakes and suspension, specified body dimensions and interior e-track, and a 5,000-pound-capacity lift gate. The completed vehicle must include four complete key sets with fobs, product literature and specifications, warranty information, and delivery documentation. The response must be submitted through ISUBid, including required bid attributes, certifications, supplier information, pricing, specifications, warranty responses, and any exceptions or deviations. Product literature and specification sheets for the chassis, body, and lift gate must be attached. The completed truck is to be delivered by May 14, 2027, and the solicitation requires a minimum two-year unlimited bumper-to-bumper chassis warranty.
