Description
The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT) is soliciting bids for the delivery of asphalt. This includes delivery to the main SRMT location and various scattered sites within Akwesasne, New York, throughout the construction season. All bids must be all-inclusive, covering fuel, transportation, labor, materials, and overhead. Pricing is subject to adjustments based on the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price for the Central Atlantic region, with specific formulas and limitations outlined for fuel price adjustments. The SRMT may also consider preferences for Indian organizations, Women Business Enterprises, Veteran Business Enterprises, and Minority Business Enterprises, provided appropriate certifications are included with the bid. The tribe reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
