Description
The U.S. Department of State, International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota, Colombia, is soliciting quotations for construction materials for the CNP Totoro Police Station in the Department of Cauca. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The required delivery date is thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO). Vendors must submit quotations via email by July 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM Bogota time. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order, payable in Colombian pesos for Colombian firms and US dollars for US firms. The price includes all costs, including shipping and delivery. The U.S. Government will not reimburse for Value Added Tax (VAT) or IVA.
