Description
The City seeks one or more qualified, licensed surveying firms to provide on-call services for municipal projects. Work may include boundary and title surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic and site mapping, right-of-way and utility location, construction staking and control, easement and property acquisition exhibits, GIS data collection, drone and aerial mapping, LiDAR, and related specialized surveying. Individual assignments will be authorized through work authorizations specifying deliverables and performance requirements. Respondents must describe their firm and key personnel’s surveying experience, relevant completed projects, personnel qualifications and licensure, equipment and technical resources, specialized capabilities, and understanding of the City’s needs. The initial term is two years, with up to two additional two-year extensions by mutual agreement. Five bound copies are required; submissions may be delivered in person, by overnight delivery, or by regular mail. The sample agreement includes insurance requirements that respondents must acknowledge reviewing and state they can meet upon award.
