Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is requesting a firm-fixed-price proposal for a Tri-Carb 4910 TR instrument bundle or equivalent configuration. The requested package includes the liquid scintillation counter with its analysis software and specified features, an alpha-beta separation package, an assembled utility cart, installation, and unquenched and Ultima Gold quench standards. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. The proposal must include firm-fixed pricing, completed and signed abbreviated representations and certifications, and any exceptions to the stated terms and conditions. The proposal must be submitted as a single PDF by email.
