Description
The National Security Science Directorate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory seeks one finished 40-foot high-cube shipping container, or equivalent. The requested unit includes an insulated, PVC-paneled interior build-out; electrical panels, lighting, and outlets; operable cargo doors; a secure personnel door; exterior security lighting; and a 15,000-BTU PTAC heating and air-conditioning unit. The container is to be painted olive green. The bill of materials also includes loading, unloading, and freight charges. Submit a firm fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, separately itemizing any tariffs and stating FOB and shipping terms. Domestic shipments should be FOB destination; Delivered at Place (DAP) is preferred for international shipments. The quote must also include the completed abbreviated Representations and Certifications form and any exceptions to the stated terms and conditions. Award is based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
