Description
The City seeks Statements of Qualifications from firms with municipal experience in appraisals, easements, and right-of-way services. Selected firms may be prequalified for an as-needed pool and invited to submit proposals for individual projects; prequalification does not guarantee a task order. The initial Professional Services Agreement term is three years. Responses must describe relevant qualifications and experience, proposed staff, available resources and location, methodology and approach, added value, and references. Respondents must provide proof of licensure and meet applicable professional registration or certification requirements for the services proposed. The response is limited to 35 pages, excluding specified items, and must include a confidential redacted copy.
